WANTED... Minibus Instructors, Trainers
and PCV Driving Schools to join our network!

Due to the increase in enquires we are currently receiving for Minibus training, we are looking for instructors, trainers and PCV Driving schools to join our network.

A new training section currently under construction will highlight relevant minibus training available throughout the country from MiDAS certification right through to operator CPC study courses. This coupled with our fundraising promotion will help individuals and organisations source and fund high quality training.

Therefore if you either hold any of the following qualifications or can offer the any of the following training courses and would like to register an interest we would like to hear from you.

Please note: If you or your instructors intend on giving "on-road" practical driving instruction or assesments in a minibus you or they must hold a PCV D or D1 category, obtained by separate test and held for a minimum of 3 years. ...otherwise applications cannot be accepted.

PCV Driving Schools

Can you offer PCV D or D1 training with a minibus and or bus that complies with the New MTV requirements which come into force from the end of June 2007?

Associated Training

We are also looking for individuals or business offering the following training courses:

Tachograph & drivers’ hours

Fire evacuation

Driver "Walk-round" checks

PCV theory test (Sept 2008 Syllabus)

Driver CPC

Operator CPC

First Aid

Do you hold Public liability Insurance cover for teaching any of the above?

Related Qualifications

Do you hold either one or a combination of the following qualifications?

MiDAS DAT (driver assessor trainer)

PCV D or D1 licence , obtained by separate test and held for a minimum of 3 years

CAR ADI (approved driving instructors) with any minibus or PCV experience

LGV ADI (voluntary registered with DSA) with any minibus or PCV experience

DSA, RoSPA or IAM Fleet instructor

NVQ level 3 in PCV driver training/instruction

City & Guilds Digital Tachograph trainer or similar

PCV CPC National or International (Certificate of professional competence in Road Passenger Transport) with any classroom-based teaching experience.
