Part 1: A 1 day 'in class' knowledge based training which includes:

  Don’t just jump in the seat and drive! Find out how you can work together with fellow colleagues to ensure that your minibus in a safe roadworthy condition.
  
  Do you want to be safe, be part of a successful minibus maintenance programme and avoid the newly introduced on the spot fines?

 

• Passenger Safety
  Find out what they didn't tell you when you passed your car driving test because you were not a professional bus or coach driver.
  
  Now that you share the same passenger responsibilities shouldn't you be imparted with the same professional knowledge?

 

• Health & safety and Manual Handling awareness
  Find out how these regulations apply to you and which type of hazards your likely to encounter with a minibus full of passengers and their luggage.

• Defensive driving

Part 2 : A 2 hour ‘on- road’ driving assessment

• Minibus Road Safety 'on- road' driving assessments. suitable for all drivers and conducted by a qualified driving instructor to satisfy Health & Safety and MORR (Managing occupational road risk) regulations.

 

If you are looking for MiDAS or any other non-professional training...
You are strongly advised to read the following:

If your current minibus assessor trainer cannot answer the above or they only hold a car licence and no other professional qualifications, then they are unlikely to be able to offer you the necessary professional training and information that is required to satisfy your Health & Safety and Managing Occupational Road Risk (MORR) obligations.
